About Growspact and why its time to make some changes
As we enter 2021, again a new decade of action begins. For years humans have used and abused the planet. The Earth has been damaged, and so have the people. Now it is our time to make some changes.
This is why I have created the Growspact Blog on Medium and my small Print-On-Demand Fashion Label Growspact. Here I help people take small steps towards living more sustainably.
So, who am I?
I’m Vince. Based in the South of Germany, I have spent years educating myself about one of the world’s most important topics — the environment. Though many countries, including my home country Germany, are making (big) changes towards reducing the devastating human impact on the natural world, obviously there is still so much work to be done.
In 2020
- Weather disasters impacted much of the Earth costing BILLIONS
- The second HIGHEST temperature ever on the planet was recorded
- The amount of Arctic sea ice was the second lowest EVER
- The oceans warmed
- Ocean acidity continually increased

These are just some of the hard facts that show there is a long way to go when it comes to protecting our planet.
Look, whilst I know you are not solely responsible for these issues, every single action you take in your life contributes to making the world a worse, or a better, place.
So as an friend of the Earth, I have decided to gather my knowledge and share it with you through blog posts and informative articles that will guide you towards living a more sustainable life.
With my content i aim to inspire, inform and create positive change for the planet and the people. And yes i am aware..

I have been in your shoes. I truly understand the pressures of trying to live in an environmentally friendly way without having to compromise your lifestyle. So, rather than telling you, my audience, to move to some rural farmland, grow all of your own food and live away from consumer capitalist society, I focus on blending both environmentalism and modern life in a way that can work for everyone.
So welcome to my page and thank you for joining me on this journey. I feel certain that together we can combat the environmental issues we face. By now we have learnt that (some) politicians and companies fail to act, so it is time to take some of the job on ourselves.
